What type of balloons do you use?

We use high-quality, professional-grade latex balloons from trusted brands to ensure the best appearance, durability, and overall quality for your event.

How long will my balloon garland last?

Indoor balloon garlands can last several weeks and often much longer when kept in a climate-controlled environment.

Outdoor balloon garlands typically last 1–3 days, depending on weather conditions such as heat, direct sunlight, wind, humidity, and rain.

Can balloon garlands be used outdoors?

Yes — balloon garlands can be installed outdoors; however, weather conditions may affect their appearance and longevity. Extreme heat, direct sunlight, strong winds, and rain can cause balloons to oxidize, shrink, pop, or deflate more quickly.

What is balloon oxidation?

Oxidation is a natural process that occurs when latex balloons are exposed to oxygen and sunlight. Balloons may develop a soft, matte, or cloudy appearance over time. This is normal and does not affect the structure of the garland.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred event date. During holidays and peak seasons, earlier booking is highly recommended.

Do you offer custom colors?

Absolutely. We offer a wide variety of colors and can customize your balloon garland to match your event theme, branding, school colors, baby shower, birthday party, wedding, or corporate event.

Do you deliver and install balloon garlands?

Yes. Professional delivery and installation are available. Delivery fees vary based on location and event setup requirements.

Can balloon garlands be moved after installation?

We do not recommend moving a balloon garland after installation. Once installed, garlands are designed to remain in place. Moving them may result in damage.

Are balloon garlands reusable?

While some framework components may be reusable, balloons themselves are intended for single-event use and cannot be reused once deflated.

What happens if balloons pop during the event?

A small amount of popping is normal, especially at outdoor events. Our garlands are designed with extra balloons and layered construction to maintain a full appearance even if an occasional balloon pops.

Do I need to provide anything for installation?

In most cases, we provide all installation materials. We may need access to walls, fences, railings, backdrops, or other structures depending on the installation location.

Are your balloons biodegradable?

Our latex balloons are made from natural latex, a material derived from rubber trees. However, we strongly encourage proper disposal and do not recommend releasing balloons into the environment.

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward a future event date if sufficient notice is provided. Please contact us regarding rescheduling options.

Why are professional balloon garlands more expensive than DIY kits?

Professional balloon garlands include premium-quality balloons, custom design, assembly, delivery, installation, and years of experience creating visually stunning displays. We handle all the work so you can enjoy your event stress-free while receiving a polished, professional result.

How much do balloon garlands cost?

Pricing varies based on the size, design complexity, specialty balloons, installation requirements, and event location. Contact us for a customized quote based on your vision and event needs.

Can I customize my balloon garland with specialty items?

Yes. We can incorporate specialty balloons, florals, greenery, signage, tassels, themed décor, and other custom elements to create a unique display.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total booking amount is required to reserve and secure your event date.

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than the morning of the scheduled installation date.

Due to the custom nature of balloon décor, all deposits are non-refundable. However, if sufficient notice is provided, we may be able to transfer your deposit to a future event date, subject to availability.
