Booking Policy

Your event date is officially reserved once the rental fee has been paid in full.

Safety Rules & Requirements

To ensure the safety of all participants and preserve the condition of our equipment, the following rules must be followed at all times:

• No food, drinks, gum, candy, or snacks inside the bounce house or bubble dome.
• No toys, balls, confetti, glitter, slime, face paint, silly string, or sharp objects.
• Shoes must be removed before entering.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• Do not climb, hang, or sit on the walls, netting, or entrance areas.
• Occupancy limits must be followed at all times.

Occupancy Limits

To ensure the safety of all participants, the following occupancy limits must be observed:

Modern White Bounce House

• Maximum of 5 children (ages 3–10) at one time
• Maximum of 4 older children/teens at one time
• Maximum of 4 adults at one time
• Small children should not bounce with larger children, teens, or adults.

Bubble Dome

• Maximum of 5 children at one time
• Maximum of 4 adults at one time
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Failure to follow occupancy limits may result in injury and damage to the equipment. The renter is responsible for ensuring all guests follow these guidelines throughout the rental period.

Equipment Issues

If at any time you experience an issue with the equipment, please:

1. Immediately remove all children and adults from the bounce house or bubble dome.
2. Turn off the blower if it is safe to do so.
3. Contact us immediately for assistance.

Do not attempt to repair, move, or modify the equipment.

Damage Policy

The renter is responsible for any damage caused by misuse, negligence, prohibited items, or failure to follow the rental rules.

If damage occurs, the customer may be charged the replacement or repair cost of the affected item(s). Normal wear and tear will not result in additional charges. We will take into consideration the age, condition, and expected lifespan of the equipment when assessing any damage.

The renter is responsible for the full cost of repairs or replacement if equipment is damaged beyond normal wear and tear.

Additional Safety & Liability Information

• Participants use the bounce house and bubble dome at their own risk.
• The renter assumes responsibility for all guests using the equipment during the rental period.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• The renter is responsible for ensuring all participants follow the occupancy limits and safety rules.
• We are not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse of the equipment, failure to follow safety guidelines, lack of supervision, or adverse weather conditions.
• Any participant who is behaving in an unsafe manner should be removed from the equipment immediately.
• By renting and using the equipment, the renter acknowledges and agrees to all safety rules and assumes responsibility for all participants during the rental period.

Weather Policy

For the safety of all participants, rentals may be postponed or rescheduled due to severe weather, high winds, heavy rain, lightning, or other unsafe conditions.

If weather conditions prevent setup or require early removal of equipment, we will work with the renter to reschedule whenever possible.

Acknowledgement

By submitting payment and accepting delivery of the rental equipment, the renter acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to all terms, conditions, safety rules, and policies outlined in this agreement.
