Rental Policies

Delivery & Pickup Fees

Complimentary Delivery & Pickup

$15 Delivery & Pickup Fee

$25 Delivery & Pickup Fee

Additional delivery fees may apply for locations outside of the areas listed above.

Booking & Deposit Policy

A $250 refundable security deposit is required to reserve your rental items and secure your event date.

Your security deposit will be refunded after all rental items have been returned and inspected. Please allow up to 72 hours for the refund to appear on your debit or credit card after processing.

Damage Policy

Customers are responsible for any rental items that are lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear.

If damage occurs, the customer will be charged the replacement cost of the affected item(s). However, we understand that rental items naturally experience wear over time. We will not charge for normal wear and tear and will take into consideration the age, condition, and expected lifespan of the item when determining any damage-related charges.

Any applicable damage charges will be deducted from the security deposit. If damages exceed the deposit amount, the customer will be responsible for the remaining balance.

Reservation Policy

Your event date is officially reserved once both the rental fee and the $250 security deposit have been paid.
